· Candidate attraction tools and techniques – utilizing a combination of database search, paper and job-board advertising, networking, social media marketing and search techniques
· Telephone screening as part of the selection process.
· Every shortlisted candidate is interviewed by our consultants who are skilled in behavioural based interviewing.
· An informative profile to accompany the resume of shortlisted candidates which also highlights recommended areas for further investigation during your interview
· Shortlisted candidates are presented to you – normally face to face if time allows, and if not, then through a telephone conversation
· Visa and Qualification checks
· Thorough reference checking – drilling into specifics and drawing out information which could be useful to the successful management of your new employee
· Kolbe A index on the successful candidate
· Salary / commencement date negotiations for selected candidate
· Kolbe Interpretation as part of your induction process, introducing you and your new employee on a unique and enlightening level. A fantastic kick start to your relationship
· Our guarantee – of either 3 or 6 months to safeguard your investment.
